Well, friends, it’s August already. Summer is coming to an end, school is gearing up to begin, and before you know it, that ever-present scent of pumpkin spice will be hanging in the air.
I don’t much care for fall, to be honest. Mostly because I despise winter, and seeing the leaves turn and start falling to the ground just fills me with this sense of dread of the bitter cold and bad weather that’s right around the corner.
But fall has lots of fun things! Namely, Halloween!
And who doesn’t love to dress their tiny tots up in adorable costumes??
Even I can get on board with that.
I’ve been doing a bit of perusing on Pinterest to prepare, and thought I’d share these Halloween ideas that I’ve found with you all, my dear friends.

Check out this family dressed as the Incredibles!! You could just print out the Incredibles logo and tape it onto a red shirt with some leggings and black shorts. Seems pretty straightforward.

A bug theme for two little girls? Yes please.
Hooray for Candy Land!! Does anyone play that game anymore? No? Just me? Alright then.
Cows are always a great go-to. And, bonus, you can re-use them for Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-Fil-A!
Tracy from Frugal Florida Mom got creative with her kid’s Pokemon costumes last year….
Apparently if you have a kid named Jack, there’s a lot you can do with that at Halloween. Jack O’Lantern. Jack in the Box. She has more.
Apparently this little girl asked to be a pine cone for Halloween. It turned out amazing! Props to Alice at Nuggetlands for pulling it off!
Dragons Love Tacos? Hilarious. They even turned the dog into a taco.
Aaaaand last, but not least, a Princess Poppy costume:
