If only kids came with an instruction manual.
Unfortunately, they don’t. But an awful lot of people have attempted to write one in the form of christian parenting books!
I’ve read quite a few of them myself, and there is definitely some helpful advice within the pages of the books listed below. I hope you find something you love!

A WARNING ABOUT CHRISTIAN PARENTING BOOKS
I love learning new ideas and strategies for how to be a better parent. But it’s easy to get overwhelmed with all of the information available, or worse yet, feel like a failure.
In many cases, different parenting book will totally contradict each other with the advice that they offer.
It’s important to remember that no one has this parenting thing figured out – not even the so called professionals writing these books.
God chose you to be the parent of your child. Not Kevin Leman or Valerie Woerner or Ted Tripp. They might be great parents to their kids, but they do not know you, your child, or your family circumstances.
With the Lord’s help, you are fully equipped to raise your kids for His glory.
But the most vital part of parenting is not reading christian parenting books. It’s about rooting yourself in Jesus and His word. If you saturate your heart and mind with scripture and ask Him to guide you and give you wisdom as you raise these children, everything else will flow from that.
